Thank you for visiting Heartland Brix! No order is too small if it helps build your dream! We add new parts regularly, so be sure to come back often and see what's new!

Ensuring the accuracy of your order is our highest priority, so please let us know if there are any problems, and we will do our utmost to fix them to your satisfaction.

We are located in Kansas, USA, in the Heartland of America!

Our parts:

- New parts: Straight out of the original bags into storage until ordered, then into your shipment. Never played with.

- Used parts: All used parts are cleaned & disinfected! If we wouldn't use it for our own builds, we won't sell it to you!

- Used (Like New): Used once, if at all.

- Used (Good): Definitely used in prior builds, but for display/low play. Little/no wear and tear.

- Used (Acceptable): Either definitely used in prior builds OR part of a bulk lot where we don't know if the parts were/weren't played with. May show some wear/light scratches, but NO DENTS, CRACKED/BROKEN PIECES, OR SIGNIFICANT DISCOLORATION.

Shipping:

Orders will be filled within 1 - 3 days after we recieve your payment. All purchases will come with a USPS tracking number, which will be noted on your order after it has been filled.

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address on your BrickOwl account. Please make sure that this is up-to-date and correct!

Kansas customers:

The Kansas Department of Revenue requires us to charge sales tax on your order (including the shipping fee) based on your shipping address. The item's prices plus shipping include this tax.
